Preparation Method

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • Fresh/frozen green peas (1cup/160gm), 2 medium potatoes
  • Any Oil (Preferably Coconut Oil) - 5 table spoon, Salt & water
  • Thick coconut milk or blend of fresh cream & milk (200ml)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  • Empty the contents of the pack into a cooker. Add 100ml hot water to form a paste. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Add 5 tablespoon of oil into the cooker and saute the mix for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame till oil begins to separate.
  • Add the green peas & potato cubes with salt as needed. Coat
    well with the masala paste.
  • Add 150ml water, cover the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  • Add milk (200ml) and mix well.
