Returns

As Taste Blends products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Products

Opened, used, or damaged products due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
