COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- Boiled Egg (5 Nos), Potato (1 No.-cut into small cubes)
- Any Oil (Preferably Coconut Oil) - 5 table spoon, Salt & water
- Thick Coconut Milk or Blend of Fresh Cream & Milk (150ml)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Empty the contents of the pack into a cooker. Add 150ml hot water to form a paste. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Add 5 tablespoon of oil into the cooker and saute the mix for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame till oil begins to separate.
- Add potatoes, water (150ml), salt as needed, close lid & pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Add milk (150ml), boiled eggs and stir well.
- Splutter mustard seeds and add to the curry
